In the gentle rhythm of the countryside, Lian’s life is as steady as the changing seasons, marked by quiet routines and the whispers of the natural world around her. But one fateful day, an encounter changes everything — an arrival from the sky, both fragile and unspoken, brings with it secrets of resilience and the courage to let go.
As the Lunar New Year paints the village in hues of red and gold and Valentine’s Day hints at unspoken feelings, Lian finds herself drawn into an unexpected bond. With each passing season, the lines between healer and healed, between solitude and connection, begin to blur. A presence on her rooftop stirs memories she didn’t know she held and hopes she never dared to voice.
Amid the blossoming fields and the echo of lantern-lit celebrations, Dr. Wei, the village’s young veterinarian, enters her life like a quiet melody. His arrival brings with it questions Lian never thought she’d ask and answers she didn’t know she needed. Together, they navigate the intricate dance of care and companionship, all while shadows of longing linger in the spaces between words.
As spring stretches into summer, and summer fades into autumn, Lian must confront the delicate balance of holding on and letting go. Beneath the open sky, her journey becomes more than just a story of recovery; it becomes a testament to love’s quiet persistence and life’s eternal renewal.
